The robust beginnings of the Luxury of Naples Group at Amerivest Realty lie in 2011 when the Realty Of Naples Group was formed. We decided it was time to change our name in 2018 to better reflect our experience, the higher level of service we offer to our customers, and the immense demand for exceedingly attractive Naples area.
Three of our agents are recognized as members of the Million Dollar GUILD, have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, and one more has become eligible for this designation.

We are six agents from different countries and states - USA, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia; Florida, Massachusetts, Illinois, New York; all with different talents and educations, but united by the same interest – Real Estate.

Through the years we have polished our skills and our knowledge of the market, area and pre-qualification process, which are the most important parts in a buyer’s or seller’s agents’ job.
Many of our customers live out-of-state or in another country and have a limited amount of time in their property search trips. Within a few days we can make them more familiar with the area and market; explain the importance of our questions which will help buyers to narrow the property search, find the best home in the area and save time; and will help sellers to avoid wasting time on struggles during the transaction.

To be more familiar with the market, we visit open house events and newly developed communities in the Naples, Bonita Spring and Marco Island areas. We work with real estate across a wide price range, and have experience in selling properties from small low cost lots to multimillion dollar homes. Our agents have earned Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations and are members of the Million Dollar GUILD, and, most important, we have earned many positive testimonials from our past customers. We began to use this technique back in 2011 and we are still using it in order to help our buyers and sellers make a decision.

Alena has been the leader of Realty of Naples Group since 2011. She is proud to work in a group with such experienced colleagues. Alena has family roots in Ukraine, was born in the cultural capital city of Russia, St. Petersburg, grew up on the Baikonur Cosmodrome, which is the world's first and largest operational space launch facility in Kazakhstan, and used to live with her husband and two daughters in Belarus before her family won a Green Card Lottery and moved to the United States.
She has master's degree in mathematics & physics. Alena had changed her profession from a teacher to an accountant and worked for more than 5 years as a staff accountant in Belarus, then finally found herself in real estate in Florida, eager to professionally grow and be able to use her mathematics and social skills. Being in different countries and places, having the experience of working with people of different nationalities and cultures, she says the most attractive part of being an agent is meeting new clients and helping them to find the right home in welcoming beautiful Naples, either they live in Naples or other cities, states or countries. Lena is happy to bring her knowledge of Naples area real estate to potential buyers and sellers and make a process of buying and selling a stress-free experience. Lena has resided in Naples since 2004 working in hospitality and property management businesses.
